Importance of Failures

:: We need to fail more often. Why? A failure is an idea or project that did not work as you were moving toward your goal. Yet, that very failure causes you to grow and learn.

Failure

We encourage jumping out toward success (and even failure).

Here at Israelize, we encourage stepping out and trying. Working toward ideas that may or may not work. Ideas and projects that may fail. But, we live in an age of very low-cost movement building with online communication. If we fail, we can learn and succeed the very next day.

We do not wish to fail twice on any particular thing. That’s a mistake. That indicates we didn’t learn.

We want to maximize the possibility of success (which also means failure), yet minimize the mistakes.

Are you ready to step out and have an idea that can help Israel’s success? It may mean a failure for you to learn from. But, we are building with others that will pick you up and encourage you to do it again and again until you and we are all successful.

If you look at history, Israel was built on many small failures. Failures that were corrected and turned into success.

Let’s fail so we can succeed.
